Friends of the Pembroke Council on Aging is a dedicated all-volunteer non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. Through membership, donations, fundraising and advocacy, we aim to provide essential resources and support for our senior residents, ensuring they remain active and engaged. The Friends of the Council on Aging are pleased to announce recent grants to support improvements at the Pembroke Senior Center. These grants will fund the installation of two outdoor benches in front of the building, the placement of a table in the first-floor ladies’ restroom, a table in the first-floor large restroom, and support for the mailing service costs of the newsletter.These gifts are made possible through the generous support of members and donors like you. Thank you for helping us enhance the comfort, accessibility, and communication efforts that benefit our senior community.
